Just down the street, the Salvation Army is worth a stop in its own right, with its own curated racks of vintage and name-brand clothing. From there, head to South Fraser Way, where the second MCC Thrift is really two shops side by side, one for clothing and one for everything else, with Value Village close by. Life's Second Chance is a large, well-organized store with sections for everything from books to jewelry. ABFM Thrift Store and Thrift for LIFE sit near each other on West Railway Street, and Pawsitive Thrift and Dream Catchers Thrift Store round out the list. Specialty hunters should check the Habitat for Humanity ReStore for furniture and building materials, Corby's Antiques & Collectibles for fine china and vintage furniture (40+ years in business), Iron Horse Moto Gear for used motorcycle leathers, and Weigh n Wear, where clothing sells by the pound.
